Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- Reboot the workstation and log into the Education Edge and view the media item.
- Open the media items through windows explorer and set the appropriate permissions:
- Log into the workstation as a user with local administrator rights.
- Browse to the appropriate folder through Windows Explorer or find the folder using the search function.
- Open the media files or photos.
- If you are not able to open the files, grant the Windows User the minimum read and execute permissions for the folder.
