Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Reboot the workstation and log into the Education Edge and view the media item.
  2. Open the media items through windows explorer and set the appropriate permissions:
    1. Log into the workstation as a user with local administrator rights.
    2. Browse to the appropriate folder through Windows Explorer or find the folder using the search function.
    3. Open the media files or photos.
    4. If you are not able to open the files, grant the Windows User the minimum read and execute permissions for the folder.
  3. If the error occurs only on one workstation for all users:
    1. Update or repair the Deploy Kit.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall The Education Edge on the affected workstation.
