When a student is transferred from a class, attendance entered in the original class section remains with the original class section so student enrollment history can be tracked and accurately reflected on report cards and transcripts.

 

You can remove attendance from the course in Enter Attendance by Student.

 

Withdrawing a student does not remove existing attendance entries. To completely remove attendance for the class:

 
     
    • Re-enroll the student into the class
       

    To delete the attendance in Faculty Access for the Web

     
       
      • In Faculty Access for the Web, click Options form the main menu bar.
       
      • Mark the Show students with historic information checkbox.
       
      • Click Save.
       
      • Click Attendance on the main menu bar.
       
      • Select the corresponding term and Class.
       
      • Click the cell for the corresponding date and student.
       
      • Select the blank entry from the attendance code drop down menu.
       
      • Click Save.
