1. Create a constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select:
    Attributes, Specific Attributes, [Specific Attribute Category], Description equals [Specific Description]
    OR Relationships, Contacts, Attributes, Specific Attribute, [Attribute Category] Description equals [Specific Description]
  3. Save and close the query.
  4. Go to Mail, Quick Letters to create a new Quick Letters template.
  5. On the General tab, select the Query from Step 1.
  6. On the Organization Address tab, click Contact Information, Contact Attributes and select the Attribute to filter on.
  7. Click export to create your mailing list.
