In version 7.93 and above:
  1. Run Duplicate Constituent Management Tool
  2. Go to File, Preview, Report
  3. To print, click the printer icon in the preview window

In version 7.92:
  1. In Administration, click Duplicate Constituents.
  2. In the Duplicate Constituent Report screen, choose Individuals or Organizations (run the process twice if you wish to review both types of records)
  3. Mark the 'Create output query of duplicate records' checkbox if you want to create an output query.
  4. Click 'Run Report Now'.
  5. The report previews on your screen.
  6. To print it, click the printer icon in the preview window.
In older versions:
  1. In Administration, click Duplicate Constituents.
  2. In the Duplicate Constituent Report screen, ensure the duplicate criteria is set correctly. The criteria determines what fields are used to determine duplicates and it displays in the grid on this screen. To see the criteria for individual records, select the Individual criteria option. To see the criteria for organizations, select the Organization criteria option.
    Note: The report prints duplicates for both individuals and organizations regardless of which one is selected. This option only determines which criteria displays. If you need to change the criteria, refer to BB51429.
  3. Mark the 'Create output query of duplicate records' checkbox if you want to create an output query.
  4. Click 'Run Report Now'.
  5. The report previews on your screen.
  6. To print it, click the printer icon in the preview window.
