If only a user's batches are showing but no others:
  1. Click Journal Entry.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, unmark the 'Only show my batches' checkbox.
If a user's batches newly added batches are not showing:
  1. Click Journal Entry
  2. At the top, confirm the Batch type is set to Regular batch (or the type of batch the user is adding)
  3. At the top, confirm the Batch status is set to the appropriate setting to see the newly added batches. If the batch has not been posted, ensure the setting is including open batches.
