Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.
- Create a participant query of the participants to update.
- In Administration, click Globally Change Records.
- Highlight Event, Participant and create a new Participant Change.
- Under Available fields, select Participant Attributes, Attribute.
- Select Add as the operation and enter the correct category and description.
- Click OK.
- Click Change Now.
