No students receive performance categories when running a Performance Category calculation

Possible Causes:

  • The category level is based on skills and no skill ratings have been entered for the students.
  • The category level is based on GPA and multiple GPAs are listed to include in the Performance Category
  • The course record has not been selected to be included in the Performance Category for the academic year and session's grading information
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
