Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- Log into the workstation as a local administrator. Note: The local workstation or server must be logged into in order for the unlock code to work properly. Accessing the workstation via a remote connection (such as Remote Desktop, Citrix, or Terminal Services) will not allow the unlock code to function properly.
- Unlock the optional module on the server logged into the program as Supervisor.
- Stop and restart the database engine.
- Chat with support and include the database serial number and version number, to request a new code. The database serial number is case sensitive; be sure to type it exactly how it appears in the Help, About menu.
