Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Log into the workstation as a local administrator.  Note: The local workstation or server must be logged into in order for the unlock code to work properly.  Accessing the workstation via a remote connection (such as Remote Desktop, Citrix, or Terminal Services) will not allow the unlock code to function properly.
  2. Unlock the optional module on the server logged into the program as Supervisor.
  3. Stop and restart the database engine.
  4. Chat with support and include the database serial number and version number, to request a new code. The database serial number is case sensitive; be sure to type it exactly how it appears in the Help, About menu.
