Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. In Grades, ensure grades are entered for the marking columns selected on the transcript 
  2. Open the report card or transcript parameters.
  3.  Select the Details tab.
  4.  Under Section, select Courses and click Open.
  5.  Select the Columns tab.
  6.  Check to be sure a column exists for the marking column where the grades are entered in Enter Grades by Student.
If it exists:
  1. Open the marking column grade column.
  2.  Under Column format, select As Entered and value that includes LG in the Letter/Grade format drop-down.

If not:
  1. Click New Column.
  2.  In the Field to Show: drop-down, select Marking Column.
  3.  In the Marking Column drop-down, select the Marking Column where grades are entered.
  4.  In the Display: drop-down, select Grades.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Under Heading, select the appropriate marking column and click Open
  • Note: Confirm the Marking column is selected in the Field to show field
  1. Mark the Show grades for marking columns that do not award credit. 
  1. Open the Course Record for which grade is not being printed.
  2. Select the Grading tab.
  3. Open the Academic Year in which the grade is not printing.
  4. On the Grades tab, ensure a valid translation table is being used for each of the marking columns. 
  1.  Ensure the numeric and cutoff values are correct on your translation table.  
  • The cutoff value is the lowest numeric value that translates to that grade.  For example, if an A is 93-97, then the cutoff value is 93.  If an F is 0-59, then the cutoff value is 0.
