1. Post the comments from Faculty Access for the Web.
  2. In the Forms section of Mail, create a new (or open an existing) report card or transcript.
  3. Select the Details tab.
  4. Open the Courses section.
  5. Select the Comments tab.
  6. Mark the Show comments for each course checkbox .
  7. In the Include these marking columns box, mark the checkbox for marking columns to include on the report card.
