1. Close the internet window
2. Open a new internet window and go to www.wealthpoint.com
3. Log in and submit the search again

If the same issue occurs, there is a chance the search is timing out. If you are submitting a Relaxed search on a common name, there is too much information to return. We recommend submitting a Strict search and including other information (address, date of birth, business, etc). This will narrow the results down to your person and resolve the issue of returning too much data that would cause a time out.
