Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

  1. Uninstall The Raiser's Edge or uninstall The Education Edge or The Financial Edge
     
  2. Rename the folder/directory where The Raiser's Edge or The Education Edge/The Financial Edge was originally installed
     
  3. Reboot the workstation
     
  4. Manually install the workstation by running Setup.exe from the Deploy folder on the server if you are installing a workstation or from the CD/Download file if the issue occurs at the server.
