Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.
- Uninstall The Raiser's Edge or uninstall The Education Edge or The Financial Edge
- Rename the folder/directory where The Raiser's Edge or The Education Edge/The Financial Edge was originally installed
- Reboot the workstation
- Manually install the workstation by running Setup.exe from the Deploy folder on the server if you are installing a workstation or from the CD/Download file if the issue occurs at the server.
