Error: Validation Step: 'Phone type changed' failed. Please contact Support.
Update the Raiser's Edge database in Integration Control.
If updating the database did not resolve the issue:
1. In Integration Control, go to Options and click Edit Configuration Settings 2. Re-map the affected phone type by removing it from the ‘phone types to include’ list 3. Save the changes 4. Add the new phone type back as a phone type to include for the appropriate address type, and then save again.
