• Open the mailing parameter.
     
    • Click the 'Send to Mail Merge Wizard link on the task bar.
     
    • Click Next.
     
    • Click the appropriate button when prompted to mark the letters as Acknowledged.
     
    • Leave the option set to Simple mail merge and click Next.
     
    • Click Edit merge document.
     
    • Highlight the text in the letter and press Ctrl+C to copy it.
     
    • Click 'Save and Return to RE7'.
     
    • Click Back.
     
    • Select the 'Perform a conditional mail merge using multiple documents'.
     
    • Click Next.
