Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Enable cookies in your browser.
  2. To determine if the issue is related to the Blackbaud website:
    • Log into a few other websites beside www.blackbaud.com and note the speed. If navigating is not quicker, contact your IT department and ISP to determine the cause. 
    • Log into the Blackbaud website from a workstation outside your organization's network and note the speed. If navigating is not quicker, click Chat with Support and reference this article so we can look into it.
  3. Add www.blackbaud.com to your trusted sites.
