Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

- To determine if the issue is related to the Blackbaud website:
- Log into a few other websites beside www.blackbaud.com and note the speed. If navigating is not quicker, contact your IT department and ISP to determine the cause.
- Log into the Blackbaud website from a workstation outside your organization's network and note the speed. If navigating is not quicker, click Chat with Support and reference this article so we can look into it.
- Add www.blackbaud.com to your trusted sites.
