Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved.
    1. Verify the user has security rights to vendor addresses
    2. Create a test user and try to select an address. If the test user is cable to select the address:
    3. Change the existing user name since you cannot reuse user names that have been deleted
    4. Delete the user name
    5. Create a new username
    6. If other users experience the same issue, recreate the security group
