- In Records, Employees, open the employee record.
- Select the Tax Settings Tab.
- Enter the applicable information in the box 14 label fields.
To have a compensation item display as an amount in box 14:
- In Configuration, click Benefits or Deductions.
- Open the Compensation Item in question.
- Mark the 'Include amounts for this deduction in W-2 box' checkbox.
- Save and Close the benefit or deduction.
