Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Alternative Solution:

1. Remove the receipt number from the gift.
2. Mark the gift as Not Receipted.
3. Save and Close the gift.
4. In Configuration, click Business Rules.
5. Select Gift Options.
6. Click Change Number.
7. Reset the next available reset number to be the number deleted from the gift.
8. Open the gift and select File, Preview, Receipt.
9. Print the Receipt.
