- Make sure the file is not open on your computer and/or in use by another user or program. Then attempt the export again.
- Check rights to the path/directory in which the file is being exported. Ensure that users have rights to overwrite existing files. (Please contact your internal IT department or computer professional for assistance with this step.)
- Give the user Local Administrator or Power User rights. Or if your Raiser's Edge is hosted by Blackbaud, please refer to Error: Path/file access error when exporting - while in Hosted Applications
