In version 7.94 and higher:
  1. Create a constituent query.
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Phones, Specific Phones, [Email], [Email] number not blank.
  3. Create a constituent export to Excel.
  4. On the General tab, select the query created in steps 1 and 2.
  5. Select the following fields to export:
    Constituent Information, Name
    Phones, Phone Number. Filter on the Phone Type of [Email].
  6. Click Export Now.
  7. Sort the Excel file by the column containing the [Email] addresses. This will group like email addresses together so that duplicates can be identified.
In version 7.93 and earlier versions:
  1. Create a constituent query.
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Addresses, All Addresses, Phones ,Specific Phones, [Email] , [Email] number not blank.
  3. Create a constituent export to Excel.
  4. On the General tab, select the query created in steps 1 and 2.
  5. Select the following fields to export:
    Constituent Information, Name
    Address, All Addresses, Phones, Phone Number. Filter on the Phone Type of [Email].
  6. Click Export Now.
  7. Sort the Excel file by the column containing the [Email] addresses. This will group like email addresses together so that duplicates can be identified.
