Results for AddressFinder, DeceasedRecordFinder, PhoneFinder & EmailFinder are removed periodically to insure that data being downloaded is the newest available for each service.
Data Health Center results files are available for download in the Data Health Center for approximately 2 weeks and are then archived for a time. Please note that you may download results for all Finder services, but then perform the update at a later time.
AddressFinder results are archived for approximately 90 days. After 90 days, the results files are destroyed. DeceasedRecordFinder, PhoneFinder & EmailFinder files are archived for approximately 6 months. After 6 months, DeceasedRecordFinder, PhoneFinder & EmailFinder results are destroyed.
