Inactive records such as account numbers and projects are not showing in searches due to a Business Rule set to exclude inactive accounts from searches and queries.
1. Go to General Ledger > Configuration > Business Rules 2. Highlight General 3. Under Exclude inactive accounts from, unmark the Searches and Queries checkboxes 4. In Records, open the accounts that were previously excluded. If the status is incorrectly set to inactive, change the status to active.
