• Confirm if other users are able to log in successfully or if it is specific to one user.
  • If your organization is hosted by Blackbaud, Click Chat with Support and reference this article. Please be prepared to share the following information with Support:
    • URL to the NetCommunity website
    • Username and Password to access the website
  • If your organization hosts NetCommunity or Raiser's Edge, reach out to your IT department and ask them to check the error logs for indicators of why the runtime error is occurring. Ask them to confirm IIS is running.
