Barcodes are missing on the tray labels

When running PostalSaver for a mailing, barcodes may be missing on the tray labels for the PostalSaver report. This can occur if the barcode fonts are not installed correctly.
Verify that all the attached fonts are installed on the workstation or on the Citrix server by following the below steps:
  1. Download mailbarcodefonts.zip attached to this Knowledgebase article
  2. Unzip mailbarcodefonts.zip (see How to use WinZip to compress or extract files for assistance)
  3. Open Windows Explorer and enter the following file path: Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Fonts
  4. Copy the unzipped font files from step 2 to this location
If the fonts are already installed, try running the most recent update.exe file on the local workstation.
