1. Ensure that the file name being exported does not contain any special characters (ie. $, #, &, etc).
  2. From the Files Folder's Menu bar click the "Refresh Button" (or if your data is hosted on the Vancouver datacenter, select View > Refresh from the top toolbar OR Right-click in a white space within the Files Folder and select Refresh).
  3. Remove any extra values after the site ID and open the main hosting folder. For example, if you are exporting to \\[site ID], remove any values after the site ID (any sub folder names, etc) so you are looking in the location https://files.blackbaud.com/[site ID].
  4. Delete unneeded files from the files folder and attempt to export your files again.
