Unmark Save Data with Report
- Click on File on the upper toolbar
- If Save Data with Report is checked, click once to unmark it
- Open the report in the Crystal Reports application
- Go to Database > Set Datasource Location
- Select Database Files
- Locate the .MDB file of the new export
- Click OK
- Click Set, click YES to subsequent prompts to update the report
- To complete the process, select Database > Verify Database
- [OPTIONAL] Click on Report > Selection Formulas > Record and check the accuracy of any formula filters present (if there are subreports, check the Select Expert formulas on those as well)
- Open the report in the Crystal Reports application
- Go to Database > Set Location
- Click on Set Location
- Expand Database Files, select Find Database File
- Locate the .MDB file of the new export
- Click OK
- Click Set, click YES to subsequent prompts to update the report
- To complete the process, select Database > Verify Database
- [OPTIONAL] Click on Report > Edit Selection Formula > Record and check the accuracy of any formula filters present (if there are subreports, check the Select Expert formulas on those as well)
