Verify that the report is linked to the correct MDB data file.

Unmark Save Data with Report
  1. Click on File on the upper toolbar
  2. If Save Data with Report is checked, click once to unmark it
If using Crystal Report XI (11.5)
  1. Open the report in the Crystal Reports application
  2. Go to Database > Set Datasource Location
  3. Select Database Files
  4. Locate the .MDB file of the new export
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Set, click YES to subsequent prompts to update the report
  7. To complete the process, select Database > Verify Database
  8. [OPTIONAL] Click on Report > Selection Formulas > Record and check the accuracy of any formula filters present (if there are subreports, check the Select Expert formulas on those as well)
If using Crystal Reports 8.5
  1. Open the report in the Crystal Reports application
  2. Go to Database > Set Location
  3. Click on Set Location
  4. Expand Database Files, select Find Database File
  5. Locate the .MDB file of the new export
  6. Click OK
  7. Click Set, click YES to subsequent prompts to update the report
  8. To complete the process, select Database > Verify Database
  9. [OPTIONAL] Click on Report > Edit Selection Formula > Record and check the accuracy of any formula filters present (if there are subreports, check the Select Expert formulas on those as well)
