1. Create a Statistical Report or a Tallies Report.
  2. On the Fields tab in the Field to use drop-down, select Constituent attributes.
  3. In the Category drop-down, select the appropriate attribute.
  4. To include all descriptions, do not mark Use Selected Field Values Only . To include selected descriptions, mark Use Selected Field Values Only and move the descriptions to include to the right under Include These Field Values .
  5. Click Preview.
Note: On the Format tab of the report, you can select to Include constituent for the primary field value or Include constituent for all field values. If primary field value is selected, each unique constituent will only be counted once within the report and for the attribute category/description that appears first on the Attributes tab of their records. If all field values is selected, each unique constituent is included once for each attribute that appears first on the Attributes tab of their records. For example, if a constituent has the same attribute listed twice on his record, but with different descriptions, the constituent will be included twice in the report (once for each description) if all field values is selected.
