In The Raiser's Edge (NetCommunity Plug-in and Constituent record tab)

1. Log into The Raiser's Edge
2. Open Administration > Security
3. Open the appropriate security group
4. Highlight NetCommunity in the Group Privileges window and mark it
5. Click Options
6. Select the NetCommunity Interface (plug-in) or the NetCommunity tab
7. Click OK
8. Click Save and Close
9. If affected users are logged in when steps 1 through 8 are completed, ask them to exit and sign out out and log back in for security rights to update

In The Education Edge (NetCommunity Plug-in if Online Campus Community is present)

1. Log into The Education Edge
2. Open Administration > Set up System Security
3. Open the appropriate user group
4. Select Shared Components
5. Select NetCommunity
6. Click Save and Close
7. If affected users are logged in when steps 1 through 6 are completed, ask them to exit and sign out out and log back in for security rights to update
