When launching a hosted application, you may receive the following message from Citrix Receiver:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "ica32web(1).msi" in the box below.
This message is due to a problem with the installation of Citrix Receiver on the computer.  A required file may have been damaged, deleted, moved, or quarantined by an anti-virus application. 

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
  1. Uninstall your current Citrix installation.
  2. Install the latest supported version of Citrix Receiver.
If you receive the same error after reinstalling the Citrix Receiver, use the Windows Install Clean Up http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 to clear up the previous installation. After you clean up the previous install, you will be able to reinstall the program

1. Log into Blackbaud Hosting Services
2. Launch an application
3. Receive the message
