How to prevent a group of users from adding, editing, deleting and/or viewing Assigned Solicitor records
1. In Administration, click Security. 2. Open the appropriate user group. 3. Select Records under Group Privileges and click Options. 4. Under Record Types, select Constituent. 5. Under Constituents Privileges, scroll down to Assigned Solicitors. 6. Unmark the checkboxes for the rights you wish to restrict (View, Add, Edit or Delete). 7. Click OK. 8. Click Save and close.
