Error: Could not open table 'MSysAccounts' in the work group information file when running a queue

Error: Could not open table 'MSysAccounts' in the work group information file

  1. In Administration, Queue, open the queue in question.
  2. Select 'File', 'Save As' from the menu bar.
  3. Update the location where the queue saves the files for all of the reports.
    For example, you can save the files to the 'My Documents' folder.
  4. Run the Queue.
