Error: Could not open table 'MSysAccounts' in the work group information file

  1. In Administration, Queue, open the queue in question.
  2. Select 'File', 'Save As' from the menu bar.
  3. Update the location where the queue saves the files for all of the reports.
    For example, you can save the files to the 'My Documents' folder.
  4. Run the Queue.
**If you use a VPN to connect to an office network, this error can also occur if you launch the Hosted Financial Edge before connecting to your office VPN where you want to save the files. The VPN connection must be established before launching Financial Edge if you would like to save any files to a location on the VPN.
