More than one faculty member can be assigned to teach a class. If multiple teachers are assigned to a class, the gradebook is shared equally between all teachers. Each teacher can view and edit the information edited by the other.
All teachers assigned to the class share the same gradebook. This includes the setup and entry of assignments, categories, grades and calculations.
To assign multiple teachers to a class, follow the instructions below:
1. In Scheduling, select Open a Class. 2. Search for the class in question and select Open. 3. Select the Meetings tab. 4. Double click the meetings to open the meeting options. 5. Enter the second Faculty member as another teacher. 6. Save and close.
Note: All teacher names listed will show when printing report cards and transcripts; there is currently no way to tell the report card/transcript to show only one of the teacher names. You would have to remove the extra teachers from the meeting(s) of the class for them to not appear on the report card or transcript.
