1. Create a constituent query filtering on constituents who gave a gift between the specific date ranges
  2. On the Output tab, select:
    • Constituent Information, Name
    • Query Fields, Total Amount of Gifts_1
  3. Create a pivot report
    • Select the query created in step #1
    • Select Generate
    • Expand the Name field in the field list by clicking on the plus sign
    • Click and drag the Name field to "Drop Row Fields Here"
    • Expand the Total Amount of Gifts_1 field in the field list by clicking on the plus sign
    • Click and drag the Total Amount of Gifts_1 field to "Drop Row Fields Here"
    • Click the plus sign next to the constituents name to view the constituents giving for the specific date range.

  1. Create a constituent query filtering on constituents who gave a gift between the specific date ranges
  2. Create a constituent export
  3. On the Output tab, select:
    • Constituent Information, Name
    • *Summary Information, Gifts, Total Gift Amount
  4. The Gift Criteria screen will appear
  5. On the General tab, specify the gift date range
  6. Select the other appropriate filters on the Gifts Criteria screen to indicate which gifts should be included toward the total gift amount
  7. Click OK
