1. When selecting file type during export, confirm "Application" is selected and not "Disk file."
  2. Completely log out and back in to the Blackbaud Application Web Portal.
  3. Uninstall the Citrix MetaFrame client.
  4. Re-install the Citrix MetaFrame client.
  5. Recreate the hosting username for the problem user.
