- When selecting file type during export, confirm "Application" is selected and not "Disk file."
- Completely log out and back in to the Blackbaud Application Web Portal.
- Uninstall the Citrix MetaFrame client.
- Re-install the Citrix MetaFrame client.
- Recreate the hosting username for the problem user.
- Contact Support and reference this article. Determine the application server name and provide this information in the case notes.
