Try these steps to resolve the issue:

1) Log completely out (sign out and close browser) and then back into the hosted environment
2) Restart workstation computer
3) Check to see if the issue occurs on other workstations
4) Check to see if the issue occurs with a different login
5) Uninstall your current version of the Citrix Metaframe client.
6) Reinstall the latest supported version of Citrix.
