To find all the invalid accounts in NetCommunity:
  1. Log into Blackbaud NetCommunity
  2. Click on Email > Invalid Accounts
  3. Click the pencil icon next to an account in the list to view more details about why the account was marked as invalid.  The bounce details from the recipient's ISP are recorded here as well, if available.
  4. Click the Mark as Valid button if the email address is valid, and should receive email.
To find the invalid accounts for a past email message:
  1. Log into Blackbaud NetCommunity
  2. Click on Email > Messages
  3. Click on the Report Icon (the little graph image) for your sent message
  4. Click on the Recipients tab
  5. Under the drop down for the Status field choose Invalid Account
  6. Click on the Filter button to view results
Note: You can also click on the option to Export to .csv to view results in Excel
