Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Records>Students and open [student name] 2. See that [course ID] is not listed under [Requirement section], but it is listed in the Additional Courses section with .3334 credits. 3. In the [requirement section] we do see that the student Needs .3334 credits of a list of courses, not including [course ID] 4. Go to Configuration>Registrar Setup> Diploma, and open [diploma name] 5. See that [course ID] is listed as one of the courses in the [requirement section] Note: The student has not requested or taken [course ID] multiple times, but marking [course ID] to award credit multiple times does not change anything. This course does fulfill requirement for other students.
