1. Go to The Raiser’s Edge.
  2. Click on Configuration.
  3. Click on Attributes.
  4. Right click in the white space on the right and choose insert row.
  5. Create the attributes that you want to create.
  6. Verify that the attributes have the correct data type set.
  7. Verify that the ‘require 1 record’ checkbox is checked for each attribute.
  8. Verify that the ‘active’ checkbox is checked for each attribute.
  9. Open Blackbaud NetCommunity.
  10. Log in as an administrator.
  11. Click Administration > Code Tables.
  12. Click the green Refresh Code Tables button.
  13. Click Administration > Sites & Settings.
  14. Scroll down to Attributes.
  15. Under Constituent Attributes, mark the checkbox beside the new attribute(s).
  16. Scroll up to the top and click Save.
  17. Edit the Profile Form part that you are working with.
  18. Under Profile Fields - Section to Edit, select Constituent Attributes.
  19. Mark the Include checkbox beside the attribute(s) you want to add.
  20. Click Save when finished.
Note: While adding the attribute fields to the form, you also have the option to either make them editable or non-editable. You can also mark them to be privacy editable or not-privacy editable.
