1. From the Dashboard page, click Customize.
  2. In the left frame, select Appeals Summary and/or Appeal Package Performance from the Appeal category.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Highlight the the panel added in steps 2 and 3 in the Selected Panels frame. Click Edit.
  5. Next to Appeals to Include, click Select.
  6. Select the appropriate Appeals and click OK.
  7. Select other options such as a date range and columns to show and click OK.
  8. Click OK.
  9. The dashboard will refresh and appears in the Appeals Summary and/or Appeal Package Performance panel(s). In the Appeal Package Performance panel, click on the + beside an Appeal name to view package information.
NOTE: There is no output or filter option to return results based on Appeal Category.  It is possible to create an Appeal Query with criteria Appeal Category equals X.  Go to the Appeal Summary Dashboard Properties and click Select next to Appeals to include.  Change the radio selection from "selected" to "query" and locate and open the Appeal Category.  This would need to be done for EACH Appeal Category needed.  The Totals on the Appeal Summary Dashboard would be for that specific Appeal Category.
