- From the Dashboard page, click Customize.
- In the left frame, select Appeals Summary and/or Appeal Package Performance from the Appeal category.
- Click Add.
- Highlight the the panel added in steps 2 and 3 in the Selected Panels frame. Click Edit.
- Next to Appeals to Include, click Select.
- Select the appropriate Appeals and click OK.
- Select other options such as a date range and columns to show and click OK.
- Click OK.
- The dashboard will refresh and appears in the Appeals Summary and/or Appeal Package Performance panel(s). In the Appeal Package Performance panel, click on the + beside an Appeal name to view package information.
