In version 7.8:
Your response file (i.e. the updated AddressFinder file) is sent automatically through FTP via the Data Health Center. If you experience issues downloading the file, refer to The Download Update Results link is not active (BB267278).
Note: If manually linking via the instructions in BB267278, ensure the response file is in the following format: AF_[serial number] _[org name]_[contact]_[string of numbers]_ RES.zip.
In versions 7.71 and prior:
Ensure the file you are using is named Mailnet.txt or Mailnet.ptd. If not, follow these instructions:
- Unzip the NCOA file
- Browse to the correct file
