Sorting individual table entries:

  1. To apply the sort order to all users, log into the program as Supervisor or a user with supervisor rights. (BB54557)
  2. In Configuration, Tables, highlight the appropriate table.
  3. In the right frame, highlight a table entry and click the up and down arrows next to the list of entries to move it up and down the list.
  4. Repeat for each table entry to be sorted.

OR

In Records, you can sort a grid (BB8549) by clicking the Column name.


Sorting in alphabetical order:

Note: If the table entries are alphanumeric, the ones beginning with numerals are alphabetically before those beginning with letters. i.e. 123 comes before ABC.

  1. To apply the sort order to all users, log into the program as Supervisor or a user with supervisor rights. (BB54557)
  2. In Configuration, Tables, highlight the appropriate table.
  3. In the right frame, right-click and select Sort... Ascending or Descending.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Repeat for each table to be sorted alphabetically.
