Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved:
  1. Log in as another user in the same security group.  If the same issue occurs, add security rights to Configuration, Letters for the user group:
    1. In Administration, click Security
    2. Open the Security Group
    3. Highlight Configuration under Group Privileges and click Options
    4. Mark the Letters checkbox
  2. If the issue does not occur for other users in the security group:
    1. Add a new user name with the same security rights as the problem user
    2. If this corrects the issue, review What to consider before deleting a user name and delete the problem user name
