1. Click Configure and Customize.
  2. On the Account Info tab, verify the Login ID and Login Password entered are correct for the PayPal or IATS account originally registered with NetSolutions. If you are on Raiser's Edge version 7.91 or higher, DO NOT change the Login ID and Password on Configure and Customize unless you are changing it back to what it was originally.
  3. Click Submit.
    Note: If you recently changed your login information, Blackbaud may not have your correct information. Refer to What to do when changing a PayPal or NetDonors password.
