Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.


1. In Administration, click Globally Change Records and open an new Organization/Business Relationship global change

2. Select a query or change all records

3. Under Organization Relationship Addresses, select Preferred Address

4. Operator = Replace (or Add) and select to replace Unchecked with Checked

5. If Add was selected as the operator, check the option to Overwrite Existing Value

6. Click OK

7. Click Change now to make the change
