Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

  1. In Administration, click Globally Change Records.
  2. Select Constituent, Individual/Contact/Employee Relationship.
  3. Click New Change.
  4. Click Include to choose a Relationship query of records to be changed or leave at all records.
  5. Under the Available Fields, click the plus (+) sign next to Individual/Contact/Employee Relationships
  6. Highlight and select, 'Is head of household'
  7. Under Edit Change Parameters, choose the operator of Replace, then enter the appropriate values for the change in the Replace and With fields.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Mark the desired boxes.
  10. Click Change Now.
