1. Create a Membership Query that includes the members/cards that need to be updated.
    2. Create a Membership Card import file in .CSV (Comma Separated Values) format using the query created in Step 1:
      1. Select Admin>Security.
      2. Highlight Membership>Memberships Cards.
      3. Click New.
      4. Under What do you want to do?, select Create import file.
      5. Click the ellipses in the Import file field to set the file path for the exported file.
        • Note: Save the exported filed as a .CSV.
      6. Select the Fields tab of the Import.
      7. From Available fields, select all fields to be updated.
      8. Click Create Now to export the import file. 
    3. Open the exported import file in Excel.
    4. Make the desired changes.
    5. Save and close the .CSV file.
    6. Import the file saved in Step 5 using a Membership Card import:
      1. Select Admin>Security.
      2. Highlight Memberships>Membership Cards.
      3. Click New.
      4. Under What do you want to do?, select Update existing records. 
      5. Click the ellipses in the import file field to search for the saved import file.
      6. Click Update Now to import the file.
