This currently cannot be done in VBA as the VBA combobox is not the same type as a VB intrinsic combobox
The following code exists on a form with a combo box named cmbAddSal

Option Explicit

Private oAddrSal As IBBAddrSalProvider

Private oRecord As CRecord

Private moAPI As REAPI

Private Sub Form_Load()

'Populates a combobox with the formatted Addressee/Salutations for a

'  selected constituent

Set moAPI = New REAPI

moAPI.Init 'Init statment here

Set oRecord = New CRecord

oRecord.Init moAPI.SessionContext

oRecord.Load 280 'Sample record ID in the sample DB

Dim Reservices As Reservices

Set Reservices = New Reservices

Reservices.Init moAPI.SessionContext

Set oAddrSal = Reservices.CreateServiceObject(bbsoAddrSalProvider)

'Set oAddrSal = Reservices.CreateServiceObject(bbsoAddrSalProvider)

oAddrSal.Init moAPI.SessionContext

oAddrSal.LoadComboWithAddrSals cmbAddSal, oRecord, False

Set Reservices = Nothing

End Sub

Private Sub Form_Terminate()

   Set oAddrSal = Nothing

   Set oRecord = Nothing

End Sub
