1. On the navigation bar, select Records
2. Click Constituents and open the constituent record
3. Select the Addresses tab
4. Highlight the Home (Preferred) address and click Open
5. Unmark Send Mail to this address
6. Click Save and close
7. Highlight the Business address and click Open
8. Check the Send Mail to this address checkbox
9. Click Save and Close
10. On the navigation bar, click Mail
11. Open the applicable Mail parameters and select the Ind Address tab
12. Ensure that Primary Business is included in Addresses to Include
