Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

  1. Click Administration, Globally Change Records
  2. Highlight Constituent and select New Change  
  3. Double-click Education/School Relationships, Primary Alumni Education Relationships, Class of  
  4. Select Add as the operation
  5. Type in the class year to be added
  6. Mark the Overwrite existing value option to change each record with an existing value in Class Year  
  7. Click OK
  8. Click Change Now
