Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. If entering gifts in Batch, ensure the Appeal field is included on the data entry grid
    1. In the batch, select Tools, Edit Batch Setup
    2. On the Fields tab, select Gift Fields, Appeal if the field is not already present in the Data entry fields frame
    3. Click Data Entry
  2. If entering gifts in Batch, ensure the Appeal field is positioned before the Package field in the data entry grid
    1. In the batch, select Tools, Edit Batch Setup
    2. On the Fields tab, click Up or Down to move the Appeal field above the Package field in the Data entry fields frame
    3. Click Data Entry
